Outstanding! I had forgotten how good 10 West used to be. We had dinner at Bar Ellis (the old 10 West crew) for the first time and it was amazing. Most of the old 10 West favorites are on the menu and they taste even better. I had the sirloin special (Wednesday) and could not believe how good that steak was. Absolutely recommend this place.

I had heard a lot of great things about Bar Ellis. I loved the ambiance and the service was amazing. The food however was just good, not great. Don't get me wrong, it was very good, but from what I had heard, I expected to be amazed by the dishes.
The service however was top notch. I can't rave enough about how attentive but non intrusive our server was. Also they had a nice selection of mocktails which I appreciated as I'm not currently drinking alcohol. Overall, I would definitely return and summertime will be a blast with their rooftop patio.

We had the most amazing meal here. The duck breast and ribeye were top notch. BUT THE CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS!!! Best thing ever! The cocktails were incredible
also. It was our first parents night out after having a baby and we had the best experience. Shoutout to Alex for taking such wonderful care of us, he was the best server and we will be asking for him on all future visits!

We absolutely love the owners, Lisa and Bill. We followed them here from their previous restaurant and Bar Ellis did not disappoint. Bill's cooking is amazing and Liza has such passion in running her restaurant (she was behind the bar and also bringing meals out to patrons while we were there). Our server, Alex, was fantastic as well. I got the ribeye medium with a loaded baked potato and a side salad. It was great. My wife got the duck with a baked potato. It was also great (we sampled each other's food). We also got the bacon wrapped shrimp as an appetizer and some desserts. This was a long awaited visit and Valentine's weekend, so we wanted to try all the food. My wife got the old fashioned oatmeal cake with ice cream and I got the special chocolate ganache cake for dessert. Both were fantastic. The ambiance is perfect. We sat at the bar prior to our reservation for a drink each and then on the rooftop area with the covered sides and heaters (in February). It was really comfortable and high-end. 10/10 highly recommend you visit Bar Ellis. You will not be disappointed.

OMG! We just found out about this place. It was delicious! Savanna was a wonderful server. I had the scallops and lobster tail, my husband had the filet. Best meal we’ve had in a long time. The Drop cocktail is quite delightful. I highly recommend you try it! Absolutely amazing!

Food was fantastic
Highly recommend the empanadas, bacon wrapped bbq shrimp, and the sweet and spicy wonton shrimp appetizers. Pork schnitzel was flavorful with that perfect crunch. Red cabbage and spatzel were fantastic accompaniments. Live music Saturday night and the band was super chill and talented with an eclectic playlist. Highly recommend this place! Worth the drive to downtown Noblesville.

We went here for a date night and had an absolutely fantastic experience. We did not have a reservation. It was immediately set upstairs and was greeted promptly. We had a few drinks during happy hour and they were tasty and appropriately priced. Had a great time and will be back!

When Plan A Falls Through, Sometimes You Find Something Better
Our original restaurant choice was closed for the month. Time for a pivot.
My father-in-law works downtown Noblesville and suggested we try Bar Ellis. Little did we know, we were about to stumble into one of the best dining experiences we'd had in a long time.
Walking through the door, I was immediately struck by the interior. Historic brick walls met comfortable, chic modern design. The space was warmly lit and welcoming, and fortunately, so was the team at Bar Ellis.
The hostess seated us quickly, and Grant, our server, arrived moments later with drink menus and a genuine smile. Then came the real challenge: helping my non-seafood-eating wife find a gluten-free option she'd actually enjoy.
After a thoughtful conversation with Grant, she made her choice. I followed, excitedly ordering the salmon BLT. "Is this one any good?" I asked.
Grant's face said it all. I was in for a treat.
He wasn't exaggerating. My sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. The salmon was perfectly prepared. The bacon was crisp and full of flavor. The bread was toasted just right, crispy but not too thick. Every element worked in harmony: the crunch of the bread, the tenderness of the salmon, the crisp bacon, all elevated by a dill mayo that tied everything together.
I know it's "just" an elevated BLT. But it's the best one I've ever had. I was genuinely sad when it was over. It was one of those rare meals that left me wishing I could be hungry all over again.
As we finished, I sought out the manager, Chamron. She greeted me warmly and asked how everything was. After sharing my compliments about the food and service, I asked about the story behind Bar Ellis.
She smiled and told me about two sisters and a brother-in-law, a chef with a passion for exceptional food and desserts, who dreamed of creating a restaurant that was both classy and hip.
Then she shared something unexpected: Bar Ellis transforms on Friday and Satur

Had an amazing experience at Bar Ellis in Noblesville! The vegan options are top-notch. Tried the vegan breaded tenderloin, and it was incredibly flavorful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious plant-based dishes!

Bar Ellis is hands down one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in a long time!
We've tried so many new restaurants lately, and honestly, we've been disappointed more times than not. The food is just okay, the service is lacking, or the atmosphere misses the mark. Going out to eat is expensive these days, so when you find a place that gets everything right, it's worth talking about.
Bar Ellis got EVERYTHING right.
We started with the spinach dip (the famous 10 West recipe) and the crab rangoon appetizer, and both were amazing. Then I had the beef tips, which were absolutely incredible. Without a doubt, the best beef tips I've ever eaten.
Our server, Sean, was fantastic. He was funny, kind, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy taking care of his guests. Great service makes a huge difference, and Sean made the experience even better.
The restaurant itself is beautiful. I love that it's two levels, and the outdoor patio is such a great place to relax & eat. The atmosphere feels fun, welcoming, and upscale without being stuffy.
Another huge bonus is their happy hour. It's one of the best around, and the fact that they offer it on weekends is almost unheard of.
And don't skip dessert! They feature a different cake flavor every week, and every slice we've had has been unbelievable. Honestly, it's better than any cake I've had anywhere locally.
